No setup fee. No contract. Cancel or move down any month. You own the site, the domain, the listing and the ad account. Ad money never passes through us. One page note each month, not a report. If you stop, everything keeps working. We only do well if you do.

    You send photos. We send the first version. Your listing is set to match. Launch when you approve.

  2. Month 1 of care:

  3. Months 2 to 6:

    Four pages a month (six on Get found in more towns). Listing kept right. A one page note each month on what we did and what came in.

The schedule above covers the work we deliver. Changes in rankings and inquiries vary by market, competition and your starting position.

Winter. Care runs through winter if you want it. The winter pages are the ones that book spring work. Or stop for the season; everything keeps working and you start again when you like.

Ads. Care does not include ad management yet. Keep your campaigns running. When we add ad management it will run from your own ad account, with the ad money paid by you to Google.

There is nothing to hand over. The site, the domain, the photos and the logins are already in your own account. Hosting stays $0 a month and the add a job page keeps working.

New jobs need adding, reviews need answers, and the wrong calls keep coming when the site does not say what you do.

On Keep it current we do that each month for $600. Without it, you add jobs from your phone and the site keeps working.

Common questions.

Yes: the build on its own, $1,500 one time (founding price for our first ten builders, then $3,000). It is complete without care. Add care later, or never.

A private first version of your site, built from the details and job photos we agree with you. You see the direction before deciding whether to keep it. If you do not keep it, you owe nothing.

We reply to your request within 24 hours, ask for the photos we need, and agree a date. Revisions are agreed before paid work begins. Live within 14 days of your photos.

Care starts the day your site goes live, and only if you want it. You are not billed monthly while the first version or the build is being prepared.
