Privacy Policy

Zelipt is operated by 36N Group LLC ("Zelipt", "we", "us"). We sell marketing services to businesses. We are not in the business of collecting or selling personal data. This page explains, in plain language, what little we do collect and why.

What we collect

  • Website preview requests. We collect the email and business link you submit, the source page and a request identifier. We use them to reply, discuss project photos and prepare the preview you request.
  • Project photos. If you use our photo form, we collect the uploaded images, business details, email and any optional phone number you provide. Only upload material you have permission to share.
  • Ad-page requests. We collect your selected Google listing identifier, the business name you enter, mobile number, consent record and campaign information. We also process technical details to prevent abuse. We use the number to respond personally about your request.
  • Booked calls. Scheduling runs on NeetoCal, which collects the details you enter when booking (name, email, chosen time). Their handling is covered by NeetoCal's own privacy policy.
  • Interactive tools. Our calculators and quizzes run entirely in your browser and send us nothing. If you vote in an on-page poll, we record the anonymous choice and which page it was on, never anything that identifies you.
  • Email. If you email us, we keep the correspondence like any business would.

Website analytics

We use our own analytics, hosted on Cloudflare, to measure page visits, referral sources, campaign tags, approximate location, device category and actions such as form submissions. The visit counter uses a daily changing identifier derived from technical request information; it does not store the raw IP address or full browser user-agent in the analytics table.

We also use self-hosted Plausible and Cloudflare Web Analytics. These website analytics do not set visitor-tracking cookies. Our private dashboard shows aggregate request counts separately from browser activity.

What we don't do

  • We don't sell, rent, or trade your information. Ever.
  • We run one advertising pixel, from OpenAI, on our three ad pages only (/reviews, /office and /found). It tells OpenAI when a ChatGPT ad click turns into a page view or a request, so we know which ads work. If you choose text message when submitting a request, we also pass OpenAI a scrambled (hashed) copy of your phone number for the same purpose — never the number itself, and never your name. No advertising pixel runs anywhere else on this site.
  • We use request details for the preview or service you asked about and relevant personal follow-up.

Where your data lives

Cloudflare processes and stores requests and uploaded photos. We send request details and submitted photos to our team through Telegram so we can respond. Telegram handles those messages under its privacy policy. Business email correspondence is handled through Google Workspace. Our team works from Algeria through 36N Group LLC, registered in Wyoming.

Main-site form records are scheduled for deletion from the request database after 90 days. This is not an automatic deletion deadline for uploaded photos, ad-page records, Telegram messages or resulting correspondence. Contact us to ask for access to or deletion of your information, including those copies.

Browser storage remembers interface choices and request identifiers so a retry can be recognized. Some forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated abuse. Booking runs on NeetoCal and uses its own data-handling practices. You can clear browser storage in your browser settings.

Your choices

Want your information deleted, or want to know what we hold about you? Email [email protected] and we'll handle it, usually within a few business days.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number on zelipt.com, we use it to text you about the website you asked for and our service. We never share or sell mobile numbers to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Material changes to how we handle request data will be noted prominently.
