These terms cover your use of zelipt.com, operated by 36N Group LLC ("Zelipt", "we", "us"). By using the site — reading the blog, using a free tool, submitting a form, or booking a call — you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Our services
Zelipt provides digital marketing and online-presence management to businesses under a separate written agreement. This website markets those services and lets you request a free audit or book a call — it is not itself the service contract, and nothing on it is a binding offer or a promise of specific results.
Free tools & calculators
Our calculators, quizzes, and estimators are for general illustration only. They produce rough estimates from the numbers you enter and common industry assumptions — they are not financial, legal, tax, or professional advice, and we don't guarantee their accuracy. Any decision you make based on them is your own.
Booking, forms & acceptable use
Booking a call and requesting an audit are free and carry no obligation. When you submit a form, you agree we may contact you about your request (see our Privacy Policy). In return, please:
- Provide accurate information, and don't submit someone else's personal details without their permission.
- Don't misuse the site — no spamming the forms, scraping, automated abuse, or attempts to disrupt or break it.
- Don't use the site for anything unlawful.
Content & intellectual property
The site's content — text, design, logos, and blog articles — belongs to 36N Group LLC or its licensors. You're welcome to read it and share links to it. Please don't copy, republish, or resell it without our permission. Blog articles are general information, not advice for your specific situation.
Third-party services
We rely on third parties to run the site — for example NeetoCal for scheduling, Plausible for analytics, and Cloudflare for hosting — and we link to other websites. We don't control those services or sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices; their own terms apply when you use them.
